Thank you for reviewing my personal portfolio! This website captures the learning milestones and artifacts produced during my MS in Learning Design and Technology program at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC).
My name is Dr. Megan Kral – feel free to call me Dr. Kral or Megan. I completed my Ph.D. in General Psychology: Integrating Teaching, Learning, and Psychology at Grand Canyon University in 2025. Having worked in higher education for nearly 20 years, I have come to view continued learning as an important part of both personal and professional growth.
Currently, I work full-time at UMGC as a HyperCare/First Year Success Coach, supporting students as they begin and navigate their college journeys. I also serve part-time as an Associate Adjunct Faculty member, teaching undergraduate Psychology courses. These roles allow me to combine my interests in student success, psychology, teaching, and learning while continually exploring new ways to better support learners.
